Location: Loughton, Essex (IG10)
Pay: 95-118 per day (DOE)
Start: January 2026 (or ASAP)
Contract: Full-time, long-term (term-time only)

We're supporting a specialist all-through SEND school in Loughton that caters for pupils aged 3-19 with severe and complex learning needs (SLD, PMLD, autism). They're looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team from January.

You will:
  • Support pupils with complex needs in class, small groups and 1:1
  • Use sensory resources, visuals and structured routines to engage learners
  • Help with personal care, feeding and mobility (training provided)
  • Follow clear support plans and celebrate every bit of progress
You:
  • Have experience with children/young people (school, care, youth work, SEN, support work etc.)
  • Are comfortable with personal care and physical/medical needs
  • Are resilient, nurturing and happy in a hands-on SEND environment
  • Can commit Monday-Friday, term-time
