Protocol Education is working with multiple SEN and Mainstream schools across the area looking for a compassionate and committed Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team, working with students who have a diverse range of special educational needs.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to students with a wide range of special educational needs, including those who may display challenging behaviours. Your role will be pivotal in helping create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
We are seeking a nurturing, empathetic, and resilient individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with SEN. You will strive to create a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring all learners feel valued and supported.
We work with all schools throughout Swindon, Wiltshire, Bristol, Bath, NE Somerset, Somerset, South Glos and surrounding areas. If this role is not in your area, please do still apply. There will be a school and role nearby!
