Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? GSL Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in an inclusive and nurturing school in Ealing. Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.
Collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs to implement EHCPs and behaviour strategies.
Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
Assist with daily classroom activities and personal care when necessary.
What We re Looking For:
Previous experience in an SEN setting is preferable.
Proactive, patient, and reliable personality.
A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs.
Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
