About the School

This specialist SEN school focuses on children with severe Autism and learning difficulties. It is looking to appoint several SEN Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants to work in small classes, supporting students on a 1:1 basis. The students have complex needs and can be challenging but are highly rewarding to work with. Success involves calm, dedicated individuals who can adapt to each student’s learning style and help them understand lessons effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• A genuine passion for supporting SEN learners is essential.
• Previous experience in a SEN school is advantageous but not mandatory, as full training is provided.
• Commitment to working with the school for at least the current academic year, as consistency is crucial for these pupils.
