Are you nurturing, patient, and passionate about helping little learners thrive? A welcoming nursery in Cardiff is looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional needs every morning during term time, starting this September.
About the Role:
Provide 1:1 support for a child with additional learning needs
Help them feel safe, settled, and engaged in the nursery environment
Encourage communication, social skills, and emotional regulation
Work closely with class staff and external professionals to meet the child’s needs
What We’re Looking For:
Ideally some experience in a nursery or working with SEN/ALN
A warm, encouraging, and reliable personality
Confidence supporting a young child with additional needs
Minimum Grade C in GCSE English & Maths
Available every weekday morning for the full academic year

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
