About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils in the classroom, provide individual or small group interventions, and contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment. Roles are available in both mainstream and SEN settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching and learning across the curriculum

  • Assist pupils with varying learning needs, including those with SEN

  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning space

  • Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning

  • Support teachers with preparation of classroom resources and activities

We're Looking For:
Experience working with children (in education, care, or youth settings)
Enthusiastic, patient, and proactive individuals
Good communication and teamwork skills
A flexible, can-do attitude
GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
A genuine passion for working with young learners
