1:1 Teaching Assistant - Year 6 Support

Area- Great Barr
Day Rate- £89.00-£104.00
Days- Monday - Friday
Hours- 8:30am - 3:30pm

Are you passionate about making a difference in a child's life? Aspire People is working closely with a supportive primary school in Great Barr to recruit a 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a Year 6 pupil working at a Year 2/3 level.

The Role:

Provide targeted 1:1 support to help bridge learning gaps

Support emotional and academic development

Tailor resources and activities to meet the child's individual needs

Collaborate with the SENCo and class teacher to implement support strategies


Ideal Teaching Assistant Will Have:

Experience with KS1/KS2 interventions or SEN support

A patient, empathetic, and encouraging approach

Strong understanding of phonics, early literacy, and numeracy

A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
