As a tutor or teaching assistant, you will regularly create reports and monitor students' learning and behaviour on a weekly basis.

The ideal SEMH Teacher/Instructor/Tutor/Teaching Assistant will have:

• At least 6 months of previous SEND/SEMH experience

• Skills to adapt tasks to meet individual children's needs
• Effective behaviour management skills
• Good communication with internal staff and families
