Job summary

Selworthy School is seeking two Teaching Assistants to support pupils with special educational needs at Hazelbrook Campus (Secondary and 6th Form) and Oakhill Campus (Primary). The role requires flexibility, resilience and a caring approach. It offers full induction, strong team support, a comprehensive pension and wellbeing initiatives.

The salary is £18,215 per year, with hours 31.25 per week, during term time plus inset days, starting September 2026. Interviews TBC.

Job description

We are currently looking for two Teaching Assistant to work in either of our Selworthy campuses below:

  • Hazelbrook Campus - Secondary and 6th Form
  • Oakhill Campus - Primary

Salary: Actual Annual Salary £18,215

Hours: 31.25 Hours per week, Term term plus Inset days (8:45am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday)
