Position:SEN Teacher (Full-Time, Part-Time & Daily Cover)
Location:East London (Tower Hamlets, Newham, Waltham Forest, Hackney, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham)
Start Date:Immediate & September 2025 opportunities
Salary:Competitive, based on experience & pay scale

We are seekingfully qualified SEN Teachers (QTS required)to join outstanding specialist schools and SEN provisions across East London. Whether you're looking for along-term role or flexible daily supply, we have opportunities to match your availability.

The Role:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching to pupils withAutism (ASD), Complex Needs (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH), and Speech & Language Communication Needs (SLCN)
  • Differentiating curriculum to meet individual learning needs
  • Leading a classroom team (TAs/LSAs)
  • Potentially supporting with personal care (experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Contributing to EHCP reviews and pupil progress tracking

Essential Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)– must be fully qualified to teach in UK
Proven experience teaching SEN pupils (any of ASD, PMLD, SLD, SEMH, SLCN)
Understanding of specialist approaches (PECS, Makaton, TEACCH etc.)
Ability to create engaging, sensory-appropriate learning experiences
