  • Engage with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified SEN Teacher with experience working with students with additional needs.
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient teaching approach.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Experience using alternative communication methods (e.g., Makaton, PECS) is an advantage.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusion and ensuring that every child reaches their full potential.
  • An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
