Job Summary: Snowfields Academy, part of Leigh Academies Trust, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our Bearsted campus.

Are you a passionate KS2 teacher looking to bring your expertise to a unique and inspiring environment? Snowfields Academy, part of Leigh Academies Trust, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our Bearsted campus— a secondary SEN setting where we adopt a primary-style teaching model to better meet the needs of our students.

The Role:

1. Teach a class of secondary-age students following a KS2-style curriculum model to provide continuity and stability in their learning experience.
2. Deliver a broad curriculum tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN, focusing on engagement, progress, and personal development.
3. Collaborate with the wider teaching team to ensure high-quality teaching and learning across the academy.
4. Flexibly contribute to other subject areas, based on your expertise, to further inspire and challenge our students.
