Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with a heart for inclusive education? We're looking for a committed SEN Teacher to join a specialist primary SEN school in West Drayton from September 2025. Our nurturing and well-resourced school supports pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language challenges, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

About the Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

1. Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual learning profiles of your pupils.
2. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external specialists to support holistic development.
3. Foster a safe, structured, and inspiring learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
4. Monitor progress and adapt learning strategies to ensure every child thrives both academically and emotionally.

What We're Looking For:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
2. Experience in an SEN setting (primary phase preferred)
3. A calm, patient, and creative approach to teaching
4. Strong knowledge of inclusive, child-centred teaching practices
5. Passion for making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs
