Are you a passionate teacher committed to inclusive education? A well-resourced and nurturing specialist primary SEN school in Hillingdon is seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join their team in September 2025. The school supports children with a variety of complex needs, including ASD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate to severe learning challenges.

The Role:

As an SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

* Planning and delivering creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons.
* Working alongside teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals.
* Creating a safe, structured, and motivating environment.
* Encouraging pupil independence, progress, and self-confidence.
* Regularly assessing and adapting strategies to meet individual needs.
