Job summary

Mana Education recruits SEN Teachers and SEN Teaching Assistants for roles in Peterborough and surrounding areas. Positions include daily supply, short-term, long-term, maternity cover and permanent roles in special schools, APs and mainstream settings. We value candidates with experience supporting pupils with SEND and strong behaviour management, and we offer competitive pay and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or has relevant UK experience in education.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN/SEND is required.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support SEN teachers in planning and delivery of lessons.
• Assist pupils with SEN to access learning and participate in activities.
• Support classroom management and deal with behavioural challenges as needed.
• Collaborate with school staff to monitor progress of pupils with additional needs.

Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Pay: £95 - £261 per day depending on role, experience and responsibilities

Start Dates: Immediate, Easter, September and ongoing opportunities

Mana Education is currently recruiting SEN Teachers and SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of special schools, alternative provisions and mainstream schools with specialist SEN support units across Peterborough and the surrounding areas.

We work with a variety of schools supporting pupils with additional learning needs and disabilities, providing highly rewarding opportunities for educators who want to make a real difference.
