  • Career Development - Opportunities to develop your knowledge and experience within specialist education.
  • Rewarding Work - Help young people overcome barriers to learning, develop their confidence and celebrate achievements, big and small.

  • Working closely with colleagues to develop individual learning plans and monitor student progress.
  • Contributing to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), assessments and progress reports.
  • Building positive, trusting relationships with students and creating a safe, supportive learning environment.
  • Helping students develop the skills and confidence they need for their next steps in education and beyond.
