Would you like to work in a NEW SEN school in the heart of Croydon?

Create Education has partnered with a new SEN school in Croydon, offering multiple positions such as Head of Lower School, Head of Upper School, SEN Teacher, SENDCo, and Therapy Assistants.

The pupils have diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, and Severe Learning Difficulties. Despite their individual challenges, the school is committed to enabling each pupil to thrive, develop, and lead fulfilling, happy, and independent lives.

The school's mission is to create, adapt, and implement functional curricula tailored to meet the diverse needs of their students and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that support student progress and understanding

The successful candidate will:
