About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our EYFS hub, supporting children aged 4-5 with a range of special educational needs. You will work closely with the SEN team to provide targeted support, ensuring every child can achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching and learning for children in the hub

  • Develop and implement individual learning plans tailored to the children's needs

  • Work collaboratively with LSAs, HLTAs, and the wider school team

  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular reports on pupil progress

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in EYFS

  • Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and early years curriculum

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passionate about supporting children with diverse learning needs
