We are a specialist SEN school in Hillingdon seeking a dedicated, experienced SEN Teacher to join our supportive and passionate team. Our school provides a nurturing environment for pupils aged 4-18 with a range of complex learning needs including ASD, MLD, PMLD, and SEMH.
What We're Looking For:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
* Substantial experience working in an SEN school environment
* Confident in adapting teaching for a wide range of additional needs
* Committed to inclusive, pupil-centred education
* A calm, creative, and resilient teaching approach
Role Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff
* Maintain strong communication with families and carers
* Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
