Job description

The SEN Teacher will successfully set a vision and targets for pupil success and be confident in using their knowledge and expertise to monitor progress, give regular feedback, and encourage our young people to take a responsible and conscientious attitude towards their own work and study.

We are particularly interested in candidates from teaching or SEN/ASC teaching backgrounds. As a SEN Teacher, you will seek ways to positively engage with and motivate pupils through lessons that promote learning and raise levels of attainment.

About the school

The Tower School is an independent special day school for pupils aged 11–18 years who have a primary diagnosis of Autism. Our dedicated team works together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils, many of whom arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.
