Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking dedicated SEN Teachers to join partner SEN schools in Harlow, covering primary and secondary settings. These full-time, long-term roles start ASAP and offer the chance to work in supportive, well-resourced environments with multidisciplinary teams.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs, adapt curricula for diverse abilities, and monitor progress in line with EHCP targets. QTS or PGCE and SEN experience are essential.

Competenze

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• PGCE or equivalent training.
• Experience or strong interest in SEN education (primary or secondary).
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
• Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach.
• Commitment to inclusive education and supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
