Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for a specialist school in Bristol. You will plan and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with Autism, SEMH, MLD/SLD and communication needs, working closely with support staff, therapists and families to create an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with SEN experience or willingness to transition to specialist education.
• Ability to plan differentiated lessons meeting individual EHCP targets.
• Strong classroom management and clear communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated SEN lessons to meet EHCP targets.
• Support pupils with Autism, SEMH and other needs.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with TAs, therapists, pastoral staff and families.
