- Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

- Salary: M1 to M6 depending on expereince
Job Overview
- Provide one-to-one teaching in Maths and English to secondary-aged students within the SEN department.
- Deliver tailored, engaging lessons that meet individual Education Plans (EHCPs).
- Support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and Dyslexia, adapting teaching strategies to suit diverse learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers, and support staff within an international school environment.
- Monitor progress, set targets, and provide feedback to support academic and personal development.
- Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment that promotes confidence and independence.
Job Requirements - SEN Teacher / Tutor
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or proven experience as an SEN Tutor in secondary education.
- Strong subject knowledge in Secondary Maths and English.
- Experience working with students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and Dyslexia.
- Ability to differentiate, individualised lessons.
- Strong behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Experience working within an SEN or specialist provision is highly desirable.

- Enhanced DBS check (registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Two professional references.
- Relevant teaching qualifications and/or SEN training certificates.
- Safeguarding and child protection training
