Type: Full time and Permanent, Term Time Only

Salary: Starting from £21,940 (actual salary)

Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role

Join our expanding team at Woodside, where we specialise in educating young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). This is an exciting opportunity to work in our unique outdoor setting with students aged 9-19 in Leamington Spa.

Responsibilities
  • Plan Schemes of Work with a creative, target-based approach.
  • Build trusting relationships with learners to support them emotionally and academically.
  • Incorporate outdoor learning into lessons to enhance engagement.
  • Deliver small group sessions in a homely environment tailored for students with autism.
  • Support pupils in processing new information, understanding their manifestation of autism, and contributing to their development.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions.
Working Hours
  • Monday - Friday, 08:30 am - 3:30 pm
  • Term Time Only, 190 contact days
  • 5 inset days
