At Woodside, we specialise in educating young people with an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team and work in our wonderful school with our exceptional students and staff.
We are currently looking to appoint a new SEN PSHE Teacher (Non-Qualified) to join our team at our outdoor setting for students aged 9-19 in Warwickshire, based in Leamington Spa, on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning Schemes of Work with a creative, target-based approach. We seek practitioners who can build trusting relationships with our learners to support them across all levels of emotional difficulty during sessions, downtime, and transitions.
Outdoor learning is central to our provisions. The appointed candidate should advocate for outdoor learning, incorporating it into as many lessons as possible. We believe in putting each individual at the centre of their learning journey to craft a fulfilling experience that promotes independence, lifelong learning, and achievement.
