Job description

SEN Teacher Needed at an Inclusive School in Bracknell!

Location: Bracknell | Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance

A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Bracknell is looking to appoint a caring and committed SEN Teacher to join their experienced and collaborative team this September. The school supports students with a variety of needs and is recognised for its child-centred approach, therapeutic support, and focus on emotional as well as academic progress.

Why Join This School?
The school provides a nurturing environment with small class sizes, consistent routines, and outstanding pastoral care. Staff work closely with external specialists, parents, and carers to provide holistic support. There is a strong emphasis on team collaboration, training, and wellbeing.

Your Role as SEN Teacher:
You will plan and deliver personalised learning programmes across a mixed-need class, with a focus on communication, life skills, and functional literacy and numeracy. You’ll be supported by skilled TAs and contribute to a curriculum that prioritises independence, social development, and resilience.

Who We’re Looking For:
A reflective, patient teacher who understands the needs of neurodiverse learners and the value of personalised, nurturing education. Experience in SEN settings is desirable, but support and training will be given to the right candidate. An enhanced DBS check is essential.

If you're ready to support meaningful progress in Bracknell, apply now for a September start.
