Job description

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator looking to make a real impact on young minds? We are seeking a motivated and inspiring teacher to join a supportive school and help shape the future of their children and young people.

What youll be doing:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge children and young people.
Foster a positive learning environment that supports children and young people's educational and personal growth.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure student success.
Participate in school activities, extracurricular programs, and professional development opportunities.
What were looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A qualification in SEND education is desirable.
Experience teaching at Primary and Middle-School age.
Experience of working with children with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and social emotional and mental health needs is ideal but applications from those working in mainstream settings are very welcome
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods
