Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Teach children and young people aged 2–19 with a range of complex needs including PMLD, sensory impairments, physical disabilities, autism, and behaviours of concern

  • Deliver a highly individualised, multi-sensory curriculum in a small, supportive class setting

  • Use specialist strategies such as TEACCH, PECS, Attention Autism, Intensive Interaction, and sensory integration techniques

  • Work collaboratively with therapists, families, and multi-agency professionals to deliver impactful, pupil-centred support

  • Build nurturing relationships that empower learners and promote both personal and academic growth

  • Adapt teaching and assessment to support a wide range of learning profiles
