SEN Teacher - Bletchley | Permanent | KS1 & KS2 | Paid to Scale

We are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to join a welcoming specialist school in Bletchley on a permanent basis, with roles available across KS1 and KS2. The role focuses on supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex needs, helping each learner to achieve their full potential through tailored, creative, and engaging learning experiences.

You will work within a supportive and collaborative team that values every child\'s individuality. The school offers excellent professional development opportunities and is open to both ECTs and experienced Teachers who are passionate about inclusive education. While prior experience in a specialist SEN setting is highly desirable, we also welcome applications from teachers with experience in high-needs mainstream provisions or SEN units who are confident in adapting their approach to meet diverse learner needs.
