• QTS with strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Experience delivering lessons to pupils with autism/complex needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons aligned to the National Curriculum.
• Create nurturing, stimulating classrooms for active learning.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse needs including SEN.
• Collaborate with parents, staff and external professionals.
• Maintain positive behaviour and safeguarding standards.
• Support care plans and work with in-house therapeutic team.
