Job summary

TLTP Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for a specialist school in Slough, supporting students aged 4–19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and additional needs. You will deliver engaging, highly personalised lessons to develop communication, confidence and independence.

You will plan differentiated lessons, adapt approaches to individual needs, monitor progress and work with Teaching Assistants to support learning and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with students with SEN/ASD is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of autism and inclusive teaching approaches.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for students with ASD and additional needs.
• Adapt teaching to meet individual needs and learning styles.
• Monitor and record progress; contribute to EHCP outcomes and targets.
