Qualifications

• QTS and SEND experience preferred.
• Experience working with children or young people with SEND.
• Ability to adapt teaching to individual needs and abilities.
• Strong safeguarding understanding and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver personalised learning experiences tailored to pupil needs.
• Work with Teaching Assistants and multidisciplinary staff to support learners.
• Support pupils with autism, complex communication needs and other SEND.
• Foster independence, wellbeing and confidence in pupils.
