SEN Teacher - Croydon | Location: Croydon | Salary: £160 - £220 per day (dependent on experience) | Start Date: Immediate / Flexible

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are working with a welcoming SEND school in Croydon who are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism (ASC), SEMH, SLD or MLD.
  • Work closely with support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Foster confidence, independence and a love of learning in every child.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally in a specialist or mainstream setting.
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
  • A caring, patient and resilient nature with a passion for supporting young people.
