Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher ready to make a real impact in the lives of children with special educational needs?
Teaching Personnel is proud to partner with several outstanding SEN schools across Birmingham and is currently seeking dedicated educators to join their teams.

We are recruiting SEN Teachers to work across both Primary and Secondary settings. Roles are available supporting pupils with:

  • Autism (ASD)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Complex Needs

You will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that fosters emotional, social, and academic development.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – this is essential
  • Have proven experience working with children with SEN, including ASD, SEMH, PMLD, or complex needs
  • Be confident in managing challenging behaviour in a positive and supportive way
  • Be capable of creating and delivering personalised lesson plans for small groups or 1:1 sessions
  • Competitive daily pay, paid weekly via BACS (PAYE – no umbrella deductions)
