Aspire People is working in partnership with a specialist SEN school in Rochdale to recruit an experienced SEN Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.
You will primarily teach within a specialist provision for learners with complex autism and speech, language and communication needs, with flexibility to work across other pathways and EHCP-led curricula. This role welcomes ECTs to apply.
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Pay: Up to £240 per day (dependent on experience)

The provision supports pupils with an informal curriculum model, focusing heavily on communication, social interaction, independence and life skills through highly personalised learning approaches. This role would suit a teacher who is passionate about SEND and has the skills and resilience required to support pupils with significant communication difficulties and complex behavioural needs associated with autism.
You will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing learning that meets the individual needs of pupils with autism and complex SEND. Many learners require structured routines, specialist communication approaches and a highly personalised curriculum to enable them to engage successfully in education.
The role requires a calm, adaptable and nurturing professional who can build strong relationships while maintaining high expectations for every learner.
