About the Role:
As a SEN Teacher, you'll be at the forefront of delivering tailored educational experiences, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive. Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create engaging and effective lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with special educational needs. Key Responsibilities of SEN Teacher:

1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students with special educational needs, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
2. Teach students across various age groups, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
3. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students, monitoring and assessing their progress.
4. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the SEN curriculum and support student development.
5. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
6. Promote health and safety in all activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices.

Requirements of SEN Teacher:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience in teaching students with special educational needs is essential.
3. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
4. The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
5. Commitment to promoting a love for learning and a curiosity about the world.
6. Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
