The SEN Teacher Role:

• Plan and deliver personalised learning to small classes or 1:1, with a focus on engagement and progress.
• Work collaboratively with a skilled team of support staff, therapists, and SEN specialists.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where all pupils can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
• Track progress and adapt your approach to suit individual learning styles and EHCP targets.
• A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) with experience or a strong interest in SEN.
• Someone with excellent communication, behaviour management, and differentiation skills.
• A team player with a nurturing, flexible approach and a genuine desire to make a difference.
