Qualifications

  • Holding a child-only DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply.

SEN Teacher - Wrexham

Location: Wrexham, North Wales
Pay: £165-£220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP or after October half term

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a specialist SEN school in Wrexham who are seeking a passionate and adaptable SEN Teacher to join their team.

This welcoming school supports children and young people with a range of additional needs including autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties. The successful candidate will have a nurturing approach, strong classroom management, and a commitment to helping every pupil reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience teaching pupils with SEN in a specialist or mainstream setting
  • Be confident in planning and differentiating lessons to suit varied learning needs
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Hold a child-only DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
  • Be registered with the EWC (or happy to register)
