A leading education provider is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher in Salisbury to support students with complex needs. The role involves leading a small class, planning personalized lessons, and collaborating with TAs and families. Ideal candidates will have QTS, experience in SEND education, and a calm, empathetic teaching style.

We’re working with a specialist setting in Salisbury that’s all about getting it right for every child—especially those who need that extra bit of support, structure, and care. They're looking for a qualified Teacher to join the team, bringing warmth, clarity, and a good sense of humour to the classroom. Experience teaching SEN would be preferred, but teachers from mainstream qualifications and backgrounds are also encouraged to apply!
Leading a small class of pupils with a range of complex needs
Planning lessons that meet individual targets, not just timetables
Creating a safe, structured, and genuinely joyful learning space
Working closely with TAs, therapists, and families
Celebrating the little wins—because they matter most
QTS or equivalent and a background in SEND education
A calm, confident teaching style (think anchor in a storm)
Experience with autism, SEMH, or PMLD
