If successful, this 4DWW will be implemented across the Group, making this an exciting opportunity to join us.

Role: SEN Teacher

Location: Longdon Hall School, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS15 4PT

Salary: Up to GBP38,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30 - 16:00, with Monday until 16:30 and Friday until 15:45)

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

Start Date: September 2025

About the Role

We seek a passionate, qualified teacher eager to make a difference in the lives of pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, using innovative methods to stimulate interest and excitement. You will observe, monitor, and assess students, prioritizing their personal development and wellbeing alongside academic progress.
