Job summary

The Westminster School in Rowley Regis is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join our special school. You will design and deliver engaging lessons, supporting pupils with moderate learning difficulties and additional needs to thrive and prepare for life beyond education.

You will monitor progress and wellbeing, collaborate with expert colleagues, and contribute to an innovative curriculum in a state-of-the-art campus with extensive CPD and safeguarding commitments.

You will design and deliver engaging lessons each day using creative and innovative teaching strategies that spark curiosity and enthusiasm in the classroom. Teaching at The Westminster School means that you will have the support of a well-resourced environment and expert colleagues.

You will also play a key role in monitoring and assessing students’ progress, ensuring their personal development and wellbeing are nurtured alongside their educational achievements.

We’re seeking a passionate educator and skilled communicator who can connect meaningfully with pupils who have diverse and complex needs and who is eager to contribute to the school’s vision and direction.
