Full-Time SEN Teacher - Integrated Resource Centre

Location: Rotherham
Contract: Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Rotherham, working within their Integrated Resource Centre (IRC). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference to children who are unable to access mainstream classrooms.

Responsibilities
  • Full-time teaching position within the IRC.
  • Working with pupils from EYFS through to KS2 with a wide range of additional needs.
  • Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Supporting pupils\' personal, social, and emotional development as well as their academic progress.
  • Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals to provide the best outcomes for every child.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Experience within a specialist SEN setting is highly desirable.
  • A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
