Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Swindon is seeking an SEN Teacher to deliver high-quality, tailored lessons for students with neurodiverse needs. You will identify and support learners across all levels of need, set challenging targets, and maintain high aspirations in a safe, inclusive classroom.

The role requires QTS and strong communication and behaviour management skills, with opportunities for CPD and collaboration with care plans. This is a full-time, permanent position with term-time stability.
