Job summary

Leigh Academy Snowfields in Bearsted is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join our Bearsted College. You will develop and deliver a bespoke curriculum primarily supporting students on the Autistic Spectrum, using a Primary Teaching Model to help each learner reach their potential.

We welcome SEND specialists, primary teachers, and secondary subject specialists seeking to move into SEND, with progression opportunities and a supportive academy-trust network including LAT benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching SEN, preferably ASD students.
• Willingness to work in Bearsted College and collaborative MAT network.
• Ability to develop bespoke curriculum for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke SEN curriculum to students.
• Support ASD students using a primary teaching model to unlock potential.
• Collaborate with Leigh Academy Snowfields and MAT colleagues to drive inclusive education.
