A dedicated educational support organization in Kent is seeking a passionate SEN/SEND Tutor. The role involves providing tailored tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with additional needs. Candidates required to have teaching qualifications and experience with SEND. Flexible working hours available, including remote opportunities. Commitment to safeguarding is essential.
Core subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEN / SEND Tutors for young people with SEND, SEMH, and other additional educational needs required in Kent. Multiple positions are available and hiring is ongoing to meet the wide variety of needs we support.
We are on a mission to transform the quality of education provided to young people with SEN/SEND, and other needs such as SEMH. We support children and young people with MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties) and SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties), and look for SEN/SEND tutors with a genuine passion for transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in Kent. At Targeted Provision our mission is to raise the standard of educational support offered to vulnerable young people in the UK. We keep the team around the child, and you will be supported throughout every placement by our SEN/SEND Support Specialists.
This role is ideal for qualified SEN/SEND teachers who want to work via 1:1 tutoring with children and young people with a variety of learning needs, in a creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed manner to raise engagement and improve their educational journey.
It is a strict requirement that you promote the health, safety and wellbeing of children and young people and follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
