Job summary

REESON Education in Doncaster (DN4) is seeking a driven SEN Teacher to deliver structured lessons and targeted interventions in a SEMH-focused environment. You will establish routines, lead classes with confidence, and drive progress with direct instruction and high expectations.

We are recruiting a reliable, decisive SEN Teacher for a specialist provision in Doncaster (DN4) starting from September 2026, ideal for someone who thrives in high-expectation, SEMH-focused environments.

About the Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver structured lessons and targeted interventions, set clear routines, and use a confident, no-nonsense teaching style to keep pupils focused, disciplined, and progressing. You'll drive learning through direct instruction, firm expectations, and practical strategies that build independence and resilience.

Key Responsibilities as SEN Teacher

• Targeted Teaching: Deliver structured lessons, adapted resources, and subject-driven interventions.
• Classroom Leadership: Maintain clear routines, enforce expectations, and ensure consistent task completion.
• Behaviour Regulation: Apply steady, firm strategies to strengthen self-control, focus, and discipline.

To succeed as an SEN Teacher, you will need:
