£150 - £220 per day

We are seeking a passionate and committed Qualified Teacher to join a dedicated team at a specialist SEN School in King's Lynn. This school provides tailored education and care for children and young people with a range of complex needs, including autism spectrum conditions, learning difficulties, communication challenges, and social, emotional and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver creative, differentiated lessons that engage and support a variety of learning styles and abilities
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
  • Support the social and emotional development of pupils through positive behaviour strategies
  • Track pupil progress and contribute to reviews of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Foster independence and celebrate every step of progress, however small
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A flexible, empathetic approach and a strong commitment to inclusive practice
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Experience working with children with SEN (desirable, but not essential-training can be provided)
  • A belief in the potential of every pupil, no matter their starting point
