SANZA Teaching Agency is supporting a warm, 3-form entry junior school in Havering to recruit an inspiring Special Needs Teacher (SEN) for the ARP. The role focuses on autistic learners in a small, nurturing environment with a dedicated team and on-site parking near Romford.

Immediate start through July 2027. The ideal candidate will hold QTS, with a passion for Autism, and a commitment to ongoing professional development while bringing experience from specialist SEN settings or autism-specific

Competenze

• Must hold QTS and be eligible to teach in the UK.
• Solid understanding of Autism spectrum conditions.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in SEN.

SANZA Teaching Agency are recruiting on behalf of a warm, inviting 3-form entry junior school in Havering. They are on the hunt for an inspiring special needs teacher (SEN teacher) for the school's Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP).

Immediate start until end of the academic year (July 2027)

The school's Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) supports children diagnosed with Autism, providing a small, tailored and nurturing environment for students who are unable to access the curriculum in a mainstream class.

• 8 students in the class
• 2x learning support assistants in the class
• The school is conveniently located close to Romford Station (Elizabeth Line) and has onsite parking.

The ideal special needs teacher (SEN Teacher)

• Will have QTS
• Be a passionate and skilled educator with a genuine interest in supporting autistic learners
• Have a solid understanding of Autism and a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Preferably bring experience from a specialist SEN setting or autism-specific provision
