Salary: £29,344 - £44,919(dependent on experience and qualifications)

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with complex learning needs and supporting them to achieve their individual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons for students with a range of special educational needs
Create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) based on each pupil’s unique profile
Use sensory-based and alternative communication strategies to support learning and interaction
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents/carers
Track pupil progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Contribute to school life, including meetings, training, and review processes
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching students with PMLD or complex SEN (ideally in a specialist or inclusive setting)
Knowledge of PECS, Makaton, or similar communication systems
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to teaching
Strong teamwork and communication skills
