Launch Education, in partnership with a South East London specialist SEN school, is seeking a permanent SEN Teacher to join from January 2027.

This role focuses on delivering individualized, engaging learning for pupils with severe and complex needs, working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support wellbeing and progress.

Outstanding SEN School - Seeking Permanent Teacher - London

Location: South East London

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £44,000 - £67,000

Launch Education are working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist school in South East London to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN teacher, or a teacher looking to develop their career within specialist education, to join a supportive and experienced team working with pupils with severe and complex learning needs.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated specialist team committed to providing engaging, individualised learning experiences that enable every pupil to make meaningful progress.

We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about working with children with additional needs and understands the importance of adapting teaching, communication and learning experiences to meet individual needs.

The Successful Candidate

You will ideally have experience of working within an SEN or specialist setting, although applications from teachers with strong mainstream experience and a genuine interest in developing within SEN will also be considered.
